 Kongsi Co-op 4th Annual General Meeting Registration

 It is a great pleasure to meet up with you in Kongsi Co-op’s 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM 2026).

Kongsi Co-op Board Member Nomination Form

The committee invites you to submit nominations in replacement of the outgoing Board members as follow:
1. En. Mohd Zaifuddin Arif Bin Zainal Abidin
2. En. Chong Siu Hou
3. Ms. Sam Siao Hoong

The committee will be accepting nominations from 2nd July 2026 to 14th July 2026.

Please do fill in and submit the nomination form below latest by 14th July 2026.

Voting will be happening during our AGM session on 19th July 2026.

Board Member Eligibility Criteria

To ensure active governance and alignment with our community’s vision, inactive members are strictly excluded from serving on the Board.

To be eligible for election, a nominee must meet all of the following criteria:
1. Active Status: Must be an active co-owner in good standing with the Co-op.
2. Demonstrated Engagement: Must have a record of consistent, active participation in Co-op events, initiatives, and community activities.
3. Tenure: Must have been an active member of the Co-op for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years.

How to Recommend Nominees

  1. You may nominate yourself or others. Please use the following nomination form to suggest nominees.
  2. You may suggest as many co-owners as you wish. One (1) nomination form for one (1) nominee. (*please send multiple nomination forms for multiple nominee)
  3. Be sure to include accurate contact information for the nominee.
  4. Click the “submit” button at the end of this form to complete the nomination.
The Nomination Process
The committee, after receiving and review of nomination forms will submit a single slate of candidates for the co-owners to vote on during AGM.
Duties of a Director (including but not limited to the following scopes)
  1. Generally, the directors will be providing management direction, managing and supervising affairs of the Co-op’s activities, fund, and properties.
  2. The directors shall carry out all the necessary responsibilities to ensure the quality administration and management of the Co-op based on the mandates given in the general assembly.
  3. The directors will be a representative of Kongsi Co-op in front of all competent public authorities and in all transactions and transactions with 3rd party.
  4. Together with the board, to have the authority to initiate or defend lawsuits brought in the name of Kongsi Co-op.
