Green Carpet attendance is a requirement to be a co-owner. If no, we will arrange a session with you after co-ownership application.
Kongsi Co-op co-ownership is only open for Malaysian as stipulated in Co-operative Societies Act 1993 section 26(a).
The co-ownership is only open for age 18 and above as stipulated in n Co-operative Societies Act 1993 section 26(b).
Currently, Kongsi Co-op is opened to individual who reside in Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
