Hugo, founder and artisan organic bun maker of Sha Da Bao (Also, a dear Partner at our Kongsi Market Day) is in the midst of expanding his home business through upgrading his facilities to cater to our crave for delicious products.
Kongsi Co-op will be partnering with Sha Da Bao to initiate this community crowdfunding project by producing at least 120 sets of homemade condiments as part of Kongsi Co-op’s Producer Incubation project. The key objective of this project is to raise a total of RM16,000 cash for Sha Da Bao to ensure the renovation works can be proceed by September 2023, so that, Hugo will be able to move into the new kitchen space for production.
All proceeds from this project will go towards to Sha Da Bao. The homemade condiments set will be including 6 different condiments that will serve in every delicacy, be it in soup or toppings, and it is perfect for all occasions from round table occasion to family snacking.
The set consists of:
- Kam Heong Hot Paste (Sambal Kam Heong)
- Sour & Hot Paste (Sambal Pedas Masam)
- Spicy Lentils Sambal (Sambal Lentil Pedas)
- Fried Mushroom Paste (Pes Cendawan Goreng)
- Spicy Fried Mushroom Paste (Pes Cendawan Goreng Pedas)
Spicy Curry Paste (Pes Kari Pedas)
