Dr. Dalphine Ong

Dr. Dalphine is an Organisational Development (OD) enthusiast recently completed PhD research on Sustainable Enterprise (Social Entrepreneurship in Food Systems) and Youth Development from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, as well as a volunteer teacher, mentor and at times an A-Z crew volunteer to support the growth of aspiring purpose-driven enterprises.

Inspired by her doctoral research, Dr. Dalphine currently leads Food Aid Foundation to develop sustainable community development initiatives (e.g., youth and women empowerment among the marginalised) and co-founded a tech start-up to revolutionise and optimise agri-and-food value chain in effort to promote sustainable and responsible production and consumption.

Dr. Dalphine is also an experienced business strategist and practitioner/trainer with more than 15 years of experience, specialised in B2B (Technology) industry – skilled in Business Development, Strategic Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Strategic Sales and Performance Management. With vast business/corporate experiences and strong passion in Social Innovation, she is still actively involved in development research, and also facilitates the Business Strategy module of University of Strathclyde’s MBA programme for its Malaysia campus.

In her latest endeavour, she aspires to guide social entrepreneurs, social workers, producers, farmers, and others to improve their social business skills through conducting workshops on sustainable business organised by Kongsi Academy.
